RETURNS POLICY

Wawrina has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you’re not satisfied with any product(s) you purchased from our website, we’ll happily organize a refund or exchange.

The product must not have been used or show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged.

If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened/used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Please note that the refund will not include the outward shipping fee.

If you’d like to make a refund or exchange request, please email hello@wawrina.com.au with your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation email), the item(s) that you would like to return and the reason for the return.

One of our friendly Customer Service team members will reach out to you as soon as possible to arrange to have the product(s) returned to us. When returning products, please keep your proof of return (your tracking number) in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.

Requests for returns and exchanges should be made within 30 days of purchase and the product(s) must be substantially unused.

Processing time of a refund may take up to 4 weeks.

Damaged Products

We will replace any damaged products if you return them within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at: hello@wawrina.com.au to find out how to send damaged products back to our nearest warehouse and we will process the replacement after we receive them.

Please always include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can be super speedy when replying!

What if I want to return part of my order when using AfterPay? Once a refund has been processed by us it will automatically go through to AfterPay, and once they process it, you’ll see show up in your payment plan.

Cancellations

Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please get in touch and email us ASAP at hello@wawrina.com.auPlease note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery.
